I'd suggest you read the install.txt in the same directory you found
install.sit.hqx in. Pay attention to the section that explains how to
start the booter, and what to add to the kernel option in the booter
settings. 

02:00 translates to /dev/fd0 which is used by the kernel as a last resort
if the user forgot to specify which device to use for the root filesystem.
