If that's not supported by HFS, try the umask=000 option. If that won't
work, fix the HFS filesystem or use hfsutils. 'hmount' mounts an HFS
volume (exclusive access for one user), hcopy copies files between HFS and
Linux partitions, optionally converting them to MacBinary or BinHex on the
fly. The permissions on /dev/sdxy probably need to be set to allow for
user access.
