Update for the list: it appears to be a broken install.sit on ftp.de.debian.org,
the files on ftp.debian.org are OK. I'll try to find out what exactly happened
(suspecting a problem due to disk overfilling on that site) and file a bug
against ftp.de.debian.org.

Andreas: fix your reply-to: address field. I had two mails bounce on me now.
