They just have to fit, I don't know if rawwrite.ttp has the 1440k hardcoded
though. And the floppy format should be autoprobed by the kernel.

Sure, someone just has to do it. My last boot-floppies build experience was 
not like 'very easy', I didn't try again ever since. That was in May or so, but 
from what I've heard, Frank still had some things to fix just for the regular 
ramdisks.
