Meeting moved by one week!

Hi there,

ok, now it's official: I moved the date for the programmer's meeting by
one week into the future so that it will now take place

           September 18th - 20th, 1998

All those of you who already sent me the filled out form need not do so
again - unless of course something has changed for you. 

I hope this meets everyone's agreement,
Frank (now, this one should be without funny typos ;-)
