To me it sounds as if they simply provide treasury services.
Sponsors, or attendees paying fees would pay their money onto an
account managed by UCT, but it'd be our funds and our income and our
tax issues. It might make things a bit easier though if you chose to
go via SPI, as SPI could then be the actual body doing everything,
and for ZA payments, SPI would simply direct the sponsor to pay to
the UCT-managed account.
