Kickoff for DC15 was 1,8k EUR.

If you want me to estimate, based on everything I learnt from others during DC15, the value of the Rand and what you get for it here, and the size of the event we expect compared to DE, I'd say half that in total would be reasonable.

If we need a bit more, and its reasonable, I really don't think there would be a problem. We need to concentrate on getting more people involved, I don't see finances being a problem right now. :)

I ask myself a series of questions, one them is...
* Would I be willing to back the money I spent if I was not reimbursed? if no, then I'd think its unreasonable
