Hey!
I was looking for some information about the PuppetConf[1] and saw
that they have a discount code for United flights[2] for attendees.
This would be very nice to have, since United has partnership with
Lufthansa.
So, I did some search and found this United product[3], that United says:
"...attendees can experience United’s service at a discounted fare.
If you have 20 or more people traveling to your event's location from
two or more originating points..."
Which is exactly our case. :)
United provides a reference number and a code to identify the
organization (DebConf or Debian) and the attendees use it to buy their
tickets. Plus, the organization accumulates points for each purchased
ticket and can get some useful travel rewards[4].
I can do a more extensive research and find another companies to compare.
So, what do you think?
