Could the eV assume the risks, if any? All Germans and everyone with a
visa requirement will be covered by health insurance anyway. The would
need to make legal and financial sense, of course.
Nothing to do about PR concerns, really.
Do we have historical data on the number of near-death experiences
related to cheese & wine? Maybe that approach could help.
