we should not assume that the tax authorities know what Debian is.
I really want to get the bylaws to them this week, but there is no
way I can do that as well right now. Would someone please be able to
spend some time on Wed or Thu on this and compile a 2–3 page PDF
with background information? Surely something like this already
exists.
