I suggest ditching that dark-blue-box-banner in its entirety; it is very
redundant to have "Debian Conference" appear three times in succession on
the front page.
How about this instead:
* Move the location/dates line up to the top banner (under Debian
Conference 2014), so that it appears on every page/tab.
* Ditch the dark-blue-box-banner.
* Append the banner's subheading ("The annual...") to the header of the
About-tab's text, so that it reads:
"Debian Conference: the Annual Debian Developer Meeting"
