Yes, I agree.
I'm due to have a mini fosdem video meeting later this week (possibly
tonight). I really really want to invite Jaron (who's in charge of video
at FOSDEM for 2016), because I believe he's Doing It Wrong, and in that
light, getting him into contact with teams who're not might be a good
idea.
