[Debconf-video] SVN to Git migration... existing links

Hi Ben, Holger,

Theses are some places where you should update the documentations, to
mention that we now use GIT instead of SVN. 

1. post a News on alioth, to override this one:
   https://alioth.debian.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=2703

2. Update the repos in Alioth (remove svn.debian.org/debconf-video/ ,
add the git ones).


I have update the wikis as much I could,
