By 'xvid' I think and hope you mean H.263 or MPEG-4 part 2 <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MPEG-4_Part_2>. ffmpeg in sid supports all those containers and several variants of H.263 or MPEG-4 part 2, but neither of the audio codecs.
