Haifa: the venue should be open 24h/d.
The dormitories are at a walking distance. There is a pub there which
may be useful.
Getting to the city (Downtown or Carmel Center or whereever) requires
some transportation (unless you are like me and enjoy the hike down and
up the mountain). Public transport or taxis could be used.
