I'm Hugo, I met this conference in the last year (2018) in the "Linux Developer" and I got very curious to participate, this year I'm studying very hard the Debian environment to introduce me in the free software world. I'm student from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto , I'd like to know how I can get any discount to participate in DebConf19. I can help in the organization or do something to pay my participation.
