Typically 全素 is okay and we know that it excludes milk and eggs.

Taiwan is a vegan paradise.
You just tell staff that you are a vegan and a vegan meal arrives.
Be sure to say you are a vegan else they will think you are just a
vegetarian. Tell them you don't eat milk and eggs.
Show them 我吃全素，不吃蛋，不喝牛奶。
