At the moment, content team budget is 8K CAD and the content team will try to see how many people they can invite with that. *Accommodation* The contracts with Hotel Universel and McGill are signed. We are currently working on the wiki to reflect that. *Venue* The deadline to sign the contract was extended to Feb 24. We will ask for budget approval once the venue contract will be signed. *Misc* Wikimedia are organizing a Wikimedia event in Mtl in Aug 9-13. They asked if we'd be interested in cross-promoting our events. ----- -- pollo
