I have received your email after our telephone conversation this morning. We can assist your whole group on one boat. As discussed I could assist
you on our 10h45 departure, or I could arrange a special departure of 11h30 for your if you ran late up table mountain. We could also accommodate you at any time in the afternoon that was suitable to you, as we do not have any scheduled departures for the
afternoon.
We are wheel chair friendly, although an electric wheel chair is very difficult to get on board.
As discussed earlier you will let me know later today what time suites you best.

I spoke to you a number of months ago, enquiring about your trip to Seal Island and the Shipwreck.
On Wed 6 July.
For this group you would pay the STO rate of R60.00 per adult and R30.00 per child.
Our departure time are 08h30, 09h15, 10h00 and 10h45. We would further be able to provide you with an afternoon departure of your choice.
Please let us know if there is any further information you require.
A couple of questions:
1) We are organising a Bus, of +/- 60 people. What time would be the best time for them to do the Tour?
2) Would they all, be able to fit on one Boat, or would you need to organise 2?
3) Is there Wheel chair access?
4) With regards to numbers, what is the latest time that we can book the Tour? i.e.: on the day, the previous day etc.

We are licenced to carry 118 passengers on any given trip. For big groups such as yours we can offer you two options. Either we can split the groups up over two or three different departures time, alternatively we would be able to organise another boat that carries 96 passengers and run the trips at the same time.

Many thanks for your response. How many people can you accommodate per Trip?
We have 250 delegates but not all would be choosing this option.
