Tere's a natural turnover over time and after every conference, and
it's neither something we can prevent nor something we should
lament.

Coincidental? Sure, we're looking at the DC15 and post-DC15 stretch
right now, so everything there is coincidental. But it's a long
stretch to claim that DC15 caused an exodus. There are plenty other
factors at play, and there are long-timers sticking around and
actively working on DC16 and beyond, and we've also had new people
join the team all along.
