It's certainly an amplifier for South African techies. I doubt it'll be picked up much outside of South Africa though :-(
By the way, I've already gotten a provisional "yes" from MyBroadband. Just let me know about 2 weeks in advance of when you want the article to go out, give me some general guidelines, and I'll write up the article with the help of one of their contributors and have it out around the time we want it published.
