True, the initial tool does not have deadlines. However, all of the
implementations I checked out do support deadlines and usually do
something like highlight overdue taska in red, as Jonathan pointed
out.

Well, sounds like this is a no-go.

Also, Jonathan and others have pulled me back to reality by
questioning whether we really have that many dependencies. For if
it's only a handful, I am sure we can enforce them manually.

I've thus made a start at trying to create a comprehensive list of
all tasks that need doing for a given DebConf instance over at

and invite you all to see what you can contribute.

Once we have a sizeable dataset, we could try to create a Kanban
(with deadlines) and see how usable it'd be.
