When content is stable (now?), you can send a call for review to
debian-l10n-english@lists.debian.org . It would be nice to give them at
least two or three days for comments/review... (or provide a deadline so
they know if how much time they have to jump in).
(Native English speakers: have you considered to make Debian even more
awesome polishing its English face?
