I find quite strange the idea that we as a team would be willing to do the
work (because it is work) to include things in the bags from people who
haven't even contributed to the conference.  But provided that someone is a
supporter, I don't see a problem with them sending swag.

This is something we need to be able to take a firm decision on, so we can
communicate it back to the sponsor soonish and know that the decision will
stick.  How do we arrive at a conclusion here?  Shall I say that, if there
are no objections on list by Wednesday, the sponsorship team can go ahead
and agree to let supporters send swag for the bags?
