I think it is inevitable. DebConf takes much free time in the last
months, so we need to get back that time to the other life, family,
friends etc.

And the final report is like technical documentation, not a so
attractive task, so if we found some better task to mix with that, we
could encourage a warm and earlier start to next debconf.
