How so? Each BidTeam can consist of one person, or 10. It is the job
of the advisory board to constitute the DebConfN team out of that.
So if the BidTeam is big, that'll be fine. If the bid team is very
small but they won the bid, then more global people or remote
volunteers will need to help.

How does my proposal inhibit flexibility? If a DebConfN bid
specifies e.g. sleeping bags and no DebCamp, and the bid is chosen,
then that's what DCN will be like…

Indeed. My proposal addresses this.

Agreed. This will require less time, so we can make the bid decision
well before February, allowing more time and more resources to be
used on the winning bid.

Really interested in hearing your answers to the above questions
about how you think my proposal falls short.
