Just checking in to see if the proper teams have been formed yet and what you would like me to do as track lead.  I assume as a team we'll review and approve talks, and I will schedule them?

This will be my first Debconf as a member so I'm looking forward to helping where I can!

Hi Brian,

We had not yet formed the academic committee (or talks rating and
scheduling team, or whatever you want to call it as it does not yet
exist ;-) )

I have been part of that team for the past several years and intend to
do it again this time. And yes, signing you up as a track coordinator! :)
