It was created with gnumeric on squeeze

I have a tendancy to create spreadsheets in .xls format so that people
can access them from a workplace with legacy software - given that it is
only 24 hours until the meeting, some people may only be able to view
this during business hours tomorrow.

Also, I'm not sure it is a good idea to rename it at the last minute
after distributing the link already

But if you feel this is essential, you are welcome to convert and rename it.
