OK, I just reread the thread on debian-publicity. I think for the
organizing team it would be easier if these discussion could be on
debian-publicity and on either debconf13-ch@lists.debian.net or
debconf-team because I don't like to subscribe to yet another list just
for debconf press announcements. Or if you disagree please at least CC me.

Francesca, thanks for the text. Looks good. I also like Bdales quote.
Two things though:
- I would not link to the wiki page because these mainly internal
information that is not of much interest to the general public. Or if
you prefer to keep the link you could link directly to the page of the
Swiss bid: http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf13/Switzerland/Bid
- There is one mention of Vaumarcus left in the second paragraph. You
probably have to reformulate that too if you don't want to mention
Vaumarcus. As it is now it sounds a bit strange. But what's the reason
for not mentioning it?
