There are a lot more of accessibility issues; the whole place is full of stairs, natural obstacles and narrow paths, and I honestly don't know if we have the time, energy and money to fix this in time for DebConf12.
When I say that 'I don't know if we have the money' I'm not implying that we are going to pay for all this. Obviously, it's the hotel who are paying for the whole construction/remodeling... but if it's too expensive, it won't happen.
