Minutes from meeting on Saturday 14 July, about 14.00:
food
- dinner at normal time
- should clap food team
video
- will close 2nd talk room after last talk
- will leave video part until after closing ceremony
- can leave servers in server room until Monday if needed
network
- small hacklab already done
- will start main teardown in talk rooms
- then will tear down wireless in hacklab
- will leave wired and probably one AP while can
transport
- one printer in storage room
- will need some cars
sponsor bags
- should go in a car
- Norman will take charge of posting international ones
lent things
- will tick off and redistribute them in hacklab
merchandise proft sharing
- debconf: cards, dc shirts, bags, mugs (~$1000)
- debian-ni: jackets, stickers, coffee, non-dc shirts (~$750)
pool
- is closed until 1 tonight
- suggest el panal as replacement?
