[Debconf-team] Planning arrival/departure buses

Hi,

Attendees are now asking for bus information, so it might be good to
plan more about them nowish, to make our promises concrete, and to
make sure they are affordable?

So, the most important questions are: 

Which locations would you all like buses to come from?

What dates/times?

And roughly how much will it cost?

Remember, attendees arrive at all sorts of times, so if anything, we
will probably need to focus only on the most common arrival/departure
times - and announce that.
