[Debconf-team] recognizing support from ffis, spi and diva

Hi,

on http://debconf9.debconf.org/ on the lower right you can see "supported by" 
and the logos of fundecyt and ffis.

I think we should have the same on the dc11 website, "supported by diva, spi & 
ffis." - Any volunteers to do this? (Assuming this is uncontroversal.)

And I think we should have the same, but only with spi+ffis on www.debconf.org 
too. - Any volunteers to do this? (Assuming this is uncontroversal.)
