Those dates sound good, though also quite close!  Perhaps for now it's
best to focus on the first meeting, as the second one can still be
delayed if that turns out to be necessary.  For the first one it's
also less of a problem if individual people can't attend, as long as
there are sufficient representatives from each bid -- others can
ask/answer questions on the mailing list.

Would the current 'standard' DebConf meeting time of 20 UTC work for
the first meeting, or would people prefer that we run a web poll to
choose a time?


20 UTC is ok for us.
