Hi,

This is an update to the local budget.


Income
======

Same as before - 150,000€ spending power. (137,500 gov + 12,500€ local
sponsor).  We don't get to keep gov money beyond what we spend.


Expenses
========

* Accommodation: 80348.842 (this now includes the 1€ tax, which is why
  it went up).  If we can pay for only one person in a room, before a
  second person arrives, the cost will be 78615.624

  Bosna:   Total cost: 67626.0
  Palas:   Total cost: 6264.0
  Vidovic: Total cost: 6458.842
  Total: 80348.842

* Food: With the current "number of meals" for S,P,C, we need 4642
  meals total for a cost of 34815€.

  It seems every few hours, we had someone changing 7.5€/meal from
  "per meal" to "per day".  The most recent people said it was per meal,
  and moray seems to agree that Bosna would be *expensive*.  Thus, I'll
  leave it at that, until we get accurate information *from the hotel*.

  Also, if we can pay for _only_ what people eat (since people will go
  out to eat often), then we can reduce costs significantly.  This is
  a fairly standard "problem" we have solved various ways in past
  DebConfs, and I won't explain past solutions here.

* T-shirts: Still 3€ was "in our budget" but we still don't have
  actual quotes from print shops.

* Conference dinner: unknown.

* Day trip: Free said the most recent thing.

* DIVA costs: 25k€.  This shouldn't come from the DebConf budget since
  we didn't request any of this to be spent.

We are doing pretty good here - if we don't spend too much, we should
easily stay under 150k€.  There should even be money left for DIVA to
request money from the government for their costs.

Biggest potential for saving money is paying for just who eats, via
some scheme.
