I can't comment it in details but i think that you estimated bit too
much for food. I believe it can be cheaper.

As i saw (I don't know if it is final and valid number) there is
"Total food-days:       2216". If we take it as 15 KM ~ 7.5€ per
person per day (I believe it can be enough for two meals) it's about
17k€.

p.s. i don't know if meals are included in hostel/hotel offer or how
it will be organized. But concerning "rational" cost per meal it can
be around that, which is significantly less than you estimated.
