[Debconf-team] Hotel contact info

Local team,

Could you relay the hotel contact information to the registration team
(probably shouldn't send it to debconf-team@, just registration@),
like we discussed in the meeting?  Then we could start doing what is
needed to get accurate room counts and help the attendees in special
circumstances.
