Great, thanks!

Now, to put expressly in the mail what I told Nattie privately: We
need a proceedings coordinator (and possibly a team). What this person
will have to do is:

‣ Once the Talks Selection team have published the list of official
talks (which should happen quite soon - maybe up to a week from
now?), you will ask authors for their papers

‣ Coordinate with the local team to check what requirements does the
printing process have — Time-wise (deadlines to be able to hand the
printed books/booklets at DebConf starting date), technical-wise
(I'd expect the printer to accept it as the proper-sized PDF), etc.

‣ It would even be nice to pick a nice cover/backcover full-color
image, if possible! Of course, also check with localteam to verify
what can be covered by our sponsors...

‣ You will decide on which infrastructure to use to bring them all
together and in the darkness bind th^W^W^W^W^W make them into a
  coherent book

‣ You will do it in the timeframe the localteam specifies for it to be
printed/bound (or whatever has to be done)

Frankly, I'd love to do this, but I expect Pentabarf (and other tasks
I've signed up for) to start grabbing more and more of my time as
DebConf gets nearer, so I'd very very much rather not volunteer for
this task. This even means: If nobody claims the job, instead of
taking it, I'd rather not have printed proceedings than be the
coordinator myself :(
