[Debconf-team] DebConf11 Decision Meeting *SATURDAY* 17 UTC
Hi everyone,
We're getting down to the wire here regarding DebConf11 locations. I am
excited to announce that the DebConf11 location decision meeting will be
this Saturday, February 27th, at 17 UTC, five days plus one year after the
DebConf10 decision meeting. We will meet in #debconf-team on irc.debian.org
(OFTC), and the target is for this meeting to be finished in three hours or
ideally less.
We will use http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/PriorityList as our guide in
evaluating the bids. Additionally, it would help if each bid team could ensure
that their wiki pages are up to date and have all relevant info. Finally,
please add to your wiki page a summary of what you think the weaknesses of
your own bid are, as well as the strengths of the other bids.
