[Debconf-team] Columbia housing agreement

Hi,

Our housing contact at columbia has sent me the agreement we need to
return (by March 22) for housing this summer.  We should carefully
check over things (I already see some problems):

- need to carefully look at numbers of attendees - it appears correct
  on the bill, but not in paragraph 3 of the agreement.

- "advanced copy of advertising" is interesting.


I think schultmc and I should probably go visit the housing office and
discuss things with them/make sure that someone besides me has contact
with them (other NYC area people are welcome, too).
