Or hopefully since this isn't mandatorily plain text we can use the ≥
symbol, or more typically for US listings of sponsorship/donation ranges,
just do the following:

   STEEL    BRONZE       SILVER         GOLD           PLATINUM
   $1-2,499 $2,500-9,999 $10,000-24,999 $25,000-39,999 $40,000+

That's correct; also, the $15 is just an estimate currently since we haven't
made catering arrangements, so we haven't "secured" that per se. The bigger
correction here is that lodging is $53/night and not $63/night. I don't
think we've been quite that explicit with sponsors before about our exact
costs, though of course the information is public anyway if they know where
to look and it might be fine to let them know explicitly.
