I like this one. I did get the sensation that we had too many
categories last year. However, it raises the bar to be in the T-shirt
a bit too much, I think.

Is it because it implies "talks can be bought" ? I don't find this
bothering at all. As long as the talk is clearly shown to be a
Sponsor talk, then it's not a lie, nor a compromise to our integrity.
Of course, this is as long as the Sponsor actually supports Debian. I
wouldn't approve giving a talk to Microsoft or similar companies.

There was a welcoming magazine, the one with the "Super cow powers"
logo... Didn't you read it? It had nice stuff about the country,
food, tango, etc. However, things this year don't look like they'll
be doing anything like that, so it should be removed

Also, during the video thing we showed the logos of some sponsors, so
the division could be something like this:

Steel: logo on website and printed material
Bronze: Steel + logo on T-shirt
Silver: Bronze + bigger logo on T-shirt + logo on video transmissions
and conference banners
Gold: Silver + bigger logo on all material + 45 minutes talk

The DebianDay stuff last year was a mistake. The amount to be charged
for a stand, if any, should be completely separate from these
categories, just charge the common amount for other conferences (as
the OpenSourceWC mentioned in the other mail)

This one depends on the location of the daytrip. Hard to estimate
without knowing the area.

This one can be estimated a bit more easily, however it depends both
on the amount of participants and the type of party (with food vs just
beer). Something between € 2500 and € 5000 would do, I guess.

> - T-shirts (AMOUNT TO BE DEFINED)

This needs some budgeting, but can also be estimated... I'd say € 3000 ?
