[Debconf-team] Sponsor bags and t-shirt replacements

Final report[0],

As I understand it, we need to get replacement sponsor bags and/or
t-shirts to send to our sponsors.  Steve and Gunnar were going to work
on this.

This is (hopefully) starting the thread to discuss what needs to be
done for that.  Can you all follow up with whatever needs to be done,
and what help you need?
