I think 10min for the break are OK and more than 15min is too much.

I have to agree with Holger, I'm not sure about having talks until midnight
would be good. Some Debian talks are heavier than other ones, and it is not easy
to stay and listen to all of them. OTOH, when you participate in a Debconf, you
also are interested in interchanging ideas between assistants. What I want to
say with this is that in spite of the fact that talks are the main reason of
going to DebConf, there are other activities which are of interest, too. And
letting people time to accomplish them, would be really cool (taking care of not
loosing the quality nor goals of the conference).
