I'm subscribed to the list as well, but do not regularly following (as

because I obviosely answer with a 14 day delay). My following will be

closer DebConf will be. ;-)
As last year I'd volunteer to work on the schedule as well. Vanessa (in CC)
at some point in time also mentioned she would work on it again. (I have no
idea whether Vanessa reads the list.)
So I'd happily bring in my experiences from last year except there might be
so many scheduling volunteers that the team would be too crowded so I would
rather seek for some other kind of fun in organising DebConf.
IMHO three persons for schedule is fine, more seems too much.
