Hi, Pablo! Great thing to see you volunteering.
I strongly suggest you to get personally in touch with the people in
charge of the local organization in Cáceres - If somebody knows what
is needed, where can a volunteer be useful, it is them for
sure. Although this list will reach them (César Gómez
<cesar.gomez@gmail.com> and Antonio Recio <antonio.recio@fundecyt.es>
- Anybody else I should have in mind?), talking directly to them (and
doing so in Spanish!) will be much better.
Debconf does have a «debconf9-localteam» list, but it has not been
much used. So, I'd suggest you get in touch directly with the people
in charge.
