The chances of having a talk _recorded_ are (only+indeed) zero, if the talk isnt in penta well in advance. (At least the day before I'd say. The videoteam needs this to be able to plan shifts. Otherwise we go even more crazy then we go already.) I also assume we dont want talks (which means allocated rooms) which are not in penta, but you can still submit events to penta (even while the conf is going) and ask the scheduling team to schedule them.
