ok, I started the ball rolling on assigning folk to rooms, (aj is doing
it) but its going to take a while. Its currently blocked on finding
out what sort of rooms we have from cowgate. Ganneff started the
reconfirm process, can't really do anything with numbers from that
until its finshed (3rd May). So here is what I think we should do:

mail everyone who asked for sponsored accom, ask them about breakfast
and anything aj wants to know. stick the results in a file somewhere.
smash out a dodgy python script to work out who is around on what days
and if they want breakfast.  Aim to stick all the breakfast folk in BB,
tell BB the number. 

Yes, this is a tad vague. Yes, it involves getting ganneff to do some
dodgy SQL and aj to agree. Yes, it means that we are running on a dodgy
bit of python again...

Thoughts?
