[Debconf-team] accom update

Hello,

The current state of accom stuff:

NSH: Have sold on about 250 beds, saving debconf about three grand.
This leaves us with two problems.

1) If have had more bookings for debconf than we had space, so we need
to shuffle around the bookings. 

2) we need to talk to the hostels about having less space and as such
getting money back. 

Jon has offered to do this. Right now I'm waiting for one person to
get back to me with their dates then it can be done. I'm hoping to get
it done before tonight's meeting.
