Very centric, but no areas with grass. Right in front of a main street.

Pictures will be available as soon as I upload them, at

It was more a square, then a garden. There is park close to the place, but is
a bit aside.

I am pretty sure the lady said it was not possible to get it longer than 11,
or 12. They can have some areas open for bar/canteen but they will not open
24h. Please, someone correct if wrong.

Dusty due to an exhibition that just took place. It has removable walls and
the place can be arranged for big hacking areas. Also, the walls are white
which might not be as nice for hacking during sunny days. Big windows that can
be opened if it is too hot.

Do not agree, if the place is like the ECA. It would change the center of
gravity, but not the destroy the social aspect of it.

As we discussed during your time in EDI, the walking distance from the hostals
to ECA seemed to be far shorted than that of the SJJ dormitory to the Cultural
Center. I was not in SJJ so i cannot compare, but there are 3 people who
seemed to agree at this point.
